1. Delivery

1.1 We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail within one day after we have received your order.
1.2 The time for delivery depends on the selected method of payment and preferred way for delivery.
1.3 Deliveries are not carried out on Sundays and holidays.
1.4 If for delivery is going to be used services of a courier company, customer have the opportunity to choose which one and “Kara-Ka” Ltd. is obliged within 3 working days from the time of payment of the confirmed order to arrange the delivery to the customer. The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged during transportation goods.
1.6 The customer have the obligation to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods. Otherwise, the company is exempt from the obligation to fulfill your order. Customer order is delivered to the given address or to an office of his chosen courier company.

2.Payment
2.1 All published prices include VAT. The price of each product is for 1 piece and does not include shipping fees.
2.2 The payment methods we offer are the following:
• Courier COD – The amount for your order and the cost of delivery is payable to your chosen courier
• Pay in cash in our stores (addresses listed on the site) – Using invoice that you received from us, pay the amount and get your order directly from our shops
• Bank transfer – pay the amount due in advance by bank transfer. Use the invoice number as reason for payment. In your email you will receive a confirmation that our employees saw your payment and are working on your order.
